Living Luxury insures and tracks all products sent either by Courier or by Post. Living Luxury determines what service is appropriate for your item to be shipped. The Courier service requires a signature upon delivery. Where Business addresses are not available for shipment, and if address is unattended for acceptance of the item, our Couriers will leave a card of attempted delivery where the purchaser can call and reschedule delivery.
Most orders are received within 3-6 business days, once payment has cleared - depending on availability and location of shipment
Living Luxury takes extra care to ensure that your item arrives to you in a safe and timely manner.
If you need your order before a certain date, please contact us and we will be more than happy to give you an accurate estimated arrival time.
It is important to note that your order will NOT be processed until payment has been cleared.
If an item is out of stock our staff will contact you immediately and payment will not be processed until items are ready for dispatch and shipment.
